The Departmental Admissions Systems has been developed to allow departments to administer their admissions process using a combination of central Registry data and local departmental data.
UCL's EDRM System is a catalogue of documents and records with a method for storing associated data to the document as well as hosting the electronic version file itself.
FIS was UCL's Financial Information System from August 1999 until end July 2014. It was replaced by MyFinance in August 2014. FIS is expected to remain available on a read only basis until late 2016.

The Senior Academic Promotions System is a web based system that allows academic staff to submit applications for the annual Academic Senior Promotions exercise.
